BAD SANTA

Directed by Terry Zwigoff and written by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, the raunchy 2003 comedy took the Christmas naughty list to a whole new level.

The synopsis is described as: A miserable conman and his partner pose as Santa and his Little Helper to rob department stores on Christmas Eve. But they run into problems when the conman befriends a troubled kid.

The film stars Billy Bob Thornton, Lauren Graham, Bernie Mac, Tony Cox, Brett Kelly, and John Ritter.

After releasing in the States in 2003, the film screened as part of the 2004 Cannes Film Festival. The film was followed-up a few years later with a sequel, but didn’t have the same spark as the original.

“Bad Santa” is not for the kiddos, but the Grinches out there will love it!
