The Good Doctor is described as following: Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore), a young surgeon with autism and Savant syndrome, working as part of the surgical unit of the prestigious San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital.
The recent “Gender Reveal” episode involved the team’s treatment of several patients with complicated medical situations. One such patient was Bradley Vargas (Jackson), a successful MMA Fighter, who reveals he had peck implants years ago to cover up the man boobs he was left with after losing weight. It’s a secret he believes could end his career, which is why he initially refuses treatment when his diagnosis turns into breast cancer. After some convincing, Bradley undergoes a mastectomy and comes cleans with his fans, discovering the truth has transformed them into loyal supporters.
