US Marine Corps veteran turned actor Alexander Angelikis, who recurs in the new Chris Pratt led action-thriller series, The Terminal List, available on Amazon’s Prime Video starting July 1, 2022.

What is the premise of The Terminal List?

The series is based on former Navy SEAL Jack Carr’s best-selling novel, the series follows Lt. Commander James Reece (Pratt), who returns home shellshocked after his entire Navy SEAL platoon is ambushed during a covert mission. Questioning everything and facing accusations of culpability, Reece sets out on his own to uncover the truth and seek justice for his fallen team.

Alexander recurs as former Navy SEAL Cody ‘Smitty’ Smith, who is part of the FBI’s elite Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) that executes extremely dangerous law enforcement missions.

Alexander is part of an all-star cast that includes Chris Pratt, JD Pardo, Constance Wu, Taylor Kitsch, Riley Keough and Patrick Schwarzeneggar. The anticipated project comes from executive producer-director Antoine Fuqua and producer-showrunner David Gilio. The show cast military veterans in many key roles, including Alexander, which delivers an authenticity to the project.

Previously, Alexander recurred as Amos the Junkie in the Tubi Network drama series, Sangre Negra, about a multi-generational Latino crime family. He worked on the docu movie MVP, which showcases former Green Beret and NFL Player Nate Boyer’s real-life efforts to help other veterans through his organization Merging Vets & Players (MVP).

How did Alexander Angelikis get into acting?

Growing up in Los Angeles, Alexander was a ‘troubled teen’ and credits his mother for introducing him to acting by enrolling him in the Young Actors Program and The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after high school, serving eight years of multiple deployments and a tour in Iraq before receiving an honorable discharged. After feeling a bit lost, he returned to his passion for acting and joined the John Ennis’s Theatre company and then enrolled in the 2-year conservatory program at The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute under the G.I. Bill.
